The heated pool added to a romantic evenings. housekeeping did really good work. Mahmaud's towel art was a nice surprise. i loved the tasty food, there was always something available to eat. The staff is friendly indeed.

The staff displayed really good politeness upon arrival. the food quality impressed me greatly. i also found the cleanliness and attentiveness of all resort staff to be amazing, one of the swimming pools was heated! it was a real pleasure even when the weather wasn't the hottest.

I found the gym to be somewhat limited. It could use a few more machines.

the team was very cute at check-in. our room was always cleaned well. It included many amenities. the grounds are beautifully kept.

i thought the background music at the pool was a little too loud at certain times. sometimes, it was difficult to hold a conversation.

The hotel provides a buggy service to the beach. there is a wonderful selection of fish for viewing while paddling. the beach cafe serves great pizzas. I tried them! remember to be careful swimming off the jetty, the current is dangerous.
